Success, however, is in part dependant on your deployability.  Availability speaks to your willingness; deployability, to your readiness. The key to your readiness involves becoming rooted in foundational discipleship principles and grounded in your faith to exponentially increase your probability of success. It helps to ensure that whenever and wherever you are deployed you are at your best for the task at hand.
