Where have you been and where are you traveling to next? Can you answer that question both in the natural and spirtually? Throughout the Bible God’s people struggled with their next destination for the same reason we struggle with ours; our faith and trust in God is not always where it needs to be.
 
Our ultimate destination is Heaven and to get there spiritually we tend to primarily concern ourselves with our Sunday destination; church. It is however, the other stops that we make (and don’t make) throughout the week that cause our Sunday gatherings to either be dynamic and relevant or boring and ritualistic.
 
Spiritual destinations also require us to travel. They require us to move away from complacency, stagnation and status quo. They require us to embrace by faith the newness of spiritual places that we've never been.
 
As a destined nation, as pilgrims and strangers on the earth, in order to maintain our effectiveness for the Kingdom of God we must continually journey. Our next destination awaits us!
